Location: Laocheng, Chengmai County, Hainan Province (Close to Haikou city center)

Job Details
- Position: Chemistry Teacher
- Age Group: Secondary/Senior School
- Class Size: Small class size (Maximum 35 students)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, within 40 working hours per week
- Teaching Hours: 20-22 lessons per week (40 minutes/lesson)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Homeroom Teacher, managing student behavior, well-being, and parent-teacher communication.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans and assess student progress.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 22,000 - 24,000 RMB (After Tax), based on experience and qualifications.
- Housing: Housing allowance provided.
- Meals: Three meals provided daily (7 days a week).
- Holidays: Fully paid holidays!
- Summer Vacation: 6-8 weeks
- Winter Vacation: 3-4 weeks
- Insurance: Commercial Medical Insurance provided.
- Visa Support: Legal Z-Work Visa (Teaching Visa) provided.
Requirements
- Nationality: Native English Speaker preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Majors in Education, Literature, or IT/Computer Science preferred).
- Certification: 120h+ TEFL/TESOL certificate OR PGCE/QTS/State Teaching License.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in schools or training centers. Strong preference for candidates with chemistry teaching background or experience using technology in the classroom.
- Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
- Age: 22-45 (Exceptions up to 50 for excellent candidates).
- Gender: Female teachers preferred (but all qualified candidates welcome).
